Fun times in Quarter 2

It has come to the end of Quarter 2. Once it is the end of Quarter 2 then we are halfway through the year. In Quarter 2 I have had a lot of fun because personally I have not had a lot of homework. I have had to do a lot of Spelling Test because of Mr Striet. I know that having test help us learn, but they should be easier because they are so much work to do the end of the quarter test. The end of the quarter tests are where you have to study all the words from that quarter and then the teacher chooses the words he wants to do on the tests. All my teachers each had a test on the same day and it was really hard to study for all the tests. And there were a lot of days where there were confusing schedules because of concerts or school assembles. My favorite part of the quarter is that I had so much fun not being squished between so many people at one table. Then again I can't wait till next quarter because it is almost the end of the quarters. That is all I have for you today. Bye!

Having First Lunch

When you have First Lunch because there are goods and bad of having it. When having first lunch you can look forward to having lunch a little softer. Then you can look forward to having less people sitting at a table at one time. You also have not a lot of swear words because the kids are six graders. And then there is another good thing about it and that is the kids are younger so you can feel older then everyone. Then there are bad things when having A lunch. There are kadamas everywhere and they fly everywhere. Then there are sixth graders that think they are so cool and are better then everyone. There are also being hungry in sixth period because you eat so early. Oh and there is one more thing that is bad about having B lunch and that is you are hungry in the morning. Then it is time to wait to the end of Quarter 2 and then there is going back to B lunch with noisy obnoxious eighth graders. That is all for today. I have know clue what I will write about tomorrow. Christmas Lights

I own or have many Christmas lights. We hang a huge star of our balcony. The star has bright flashing lights and the lights flash in different patterns. We also have three six foot tall trees. The three trees make a tiny forest in our front yard and each of them have a star on top. Then we have a laser projector that sends red and green lights on our whole front half of our house. The lights can flash our stay solid and not flash. We have them stay solid because the flashing can get really annoying. All the lights are on a timer that can turn them on when it is getting dark and turn them of when it is getting light. My favorite Christmas light is the big star. What my grandma cooks

My grandma cooks so many good foods. She makes Chicken Pot Pie which is delicious. It is chicken, noodles, and potatoes. She makes a Chocolate Pie which is better then what you could buy at a store. It has a Oreo crust, chocolate pudding, more chocolate pudding and whip cream. My favorite thing of what she makes is the macaroni and cheese, it is completely homemade. It is homemade cheese sauce and homemade noodles, and the noodles I have to be clear are homemade. She makes a mad potato soup because it has a tone of potatoes. There is also bacon and sausage on the side for the toppings. There is nothing that my grandma can't make because she is just the best cook for both sides of my family. You name it she can cook it up for you. There is one last thing before I go and that is she makes the best homemade pancakes ever. The pancakes are buttermilk and have lots of sugar. And she lets us put whip cream and powder sugar on top of the pancakes. That's all for this time and later I will be talking about my different Christmas decorations. Thanks! Bye!

Other things I like to do when my grandparents are in town

When my grandparents are in town we don't just like to do games we also to go for walks, play in the snow, and watch TV. We go for walks around the lake and around the city. My grandparents are really athletic and so they love to walk. We normally walk with my dog. We play in the snow with snowballs and snow guns. I also like to play on the trampoline with my grandparents. We love to watch TV together because we do it to take a break from being active. We watch a lot of shows on ABC and on Disney Channel. Some of the shows include Jessie, Bunk'd, and Girl Meets World. I love Bunk'd the best and my grandparents like Wheel of Fortune. When it is time to change what we are watching we will just go to different rooms in the house where there are other TV's. It normally happens when they have already watched the episode. A lot of the time we play games while watching TV. My grandpa's favorite thing to watch is Football on ESPN. And I hate Football, so that is normally when I go to a different channel or room. Now I have had to limit how much TV I watch because I have top be doing homework or practicing Volleyball. I love Volleyball. Next time I will be writing about What all my Grandma cooks.

My Favorite Games to play with my Grandparents

I have many favorite games, but all my favorite games get narrowed down when my grandparents. I like to play the White Bowl Game. The White Bowl Game is a game my family made up with the Nicholson's. It is almost like charades, but the only thing that is different is you don't act out you discribe the object and your team guesses the thing. You try to get as many as you can get in 60 seconds. The second game I like to play with my grandparents is Chicken Foot. It is played with dominoes and you start with the highest double there is and then you have to get there other dominoes on the starter double. Then you match the right domino to the corresponding domino on the dominoes that have been already played. Then you are trying to get down to zero dominoes. Then when scoring you get minus five if you went out first. Oh and my very last game I like to play is Mexican Trains. Mexican Trains is a game you also play with dominoes. You play the highest double to start and depending on how many people are playing, everybody has to play the same number and then you keep adding on to it. If you can't go you draw and if you can't go from there you can put your train out and if somebody else that is playing has a number that matches the double that was played, then they can start the train for you. For Mexican Train and Chicken Foot all you need is a set of 12 or a set of 15 dominoes. Tuesday at School

Today at school wasn't as bad as yesterday. I only got one assignment that is due tomorrow. The assignment was in Spanish and it was really easy compared to other assignments I have had. I did get some homework that is due Friday and that is in Social Studies and in Science. I do have homework for math, but I did a extra test and Ms Meyer gave me a free homework pass so I am thinking of using it this week. I am thinking of doing some of the problems, but I will automatically get full credit. I also have to take a spelling test on Friday and a math test on Thursday. Mr Streit gave us an original poetry assignment where we can get bonus points for presenting to the class and bonus points for allowing him to put the poems on a bulletin board. That's all the homework I have for this week, but I have to get my grades up because the end of the quarter is next week. Oh  and there is one more thing I get a five day weekend next week because it is the end of the quarter. That's all for today and I don't know what I will write about next week.
